Here’s how OFD works:

Booking
Information about reservations is fed into OFD by your PMS, Booking Engine, OTA, etc.

Pre-Arrival
Guest receives an e-mail/SMS with a link to OFD giving them access to:

Hotel Information

Pre-Payment
-
Registration

Registration
Guests log in to OFD by using the link provided to:

Register
-
Confirm/edit personal details
-
Sign
OFD updates the guest’s arrival status to “pre checked in”.

Payment
If you prefer, you can also allow guest to make the payment via OFD, before check in.

Check In
The OFD Web App allows guest to check in online.
Access to room can be managed in two ways:

Direct access to room with mobile key

Express Check In: Key Pick Up
Allocation of room can be automatic or manual if already assigned by the hotel.

During stay guests can use the OFD Web App to:

Also, they can access the room with Mobile Key.

Check Out
On the day of departure, guests can:

Check out through the OFD Web App or the Mobile Key
