The situation regarding Coronavirus is constantly changing and we continue to follow local government advice and guidance closely. Hoist Group are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving impact in all our markets around the world. We are committed to our obligation to maintain the service levels you expect from us, and we have implemented business continuity measures to ensure there continues to be no disruption to our service. These measures include expanding our remote working capabilities, limiting non-essential travel and actively supporting prudent health practices.
Much of our business is already conducted digitally, but we have further stepped up our communications and virtual meeting capabilities so that our employees can communicate with customers and others, regardless of location. We will also be making use of our global 24/7 teams to ensure any local pressures in one region is picked up in other geographies. While the level of support should not be affected, we may request to prioritise online and email communication channels as these will be more suited to remote handling.
The safety and well-being of our employees and our partners is always our priority. Our dedicated Irish support team will continue to be available to assist you through these uncertain times.
During this period, we believe it is vital that we enable and assist you to maintain an ongoing support relationship with Hoist Group. We guarantee ongoing access to valuable software upgrade paths, preferential services, consultancy, functionality enhancement & support pricing. Indeed, the coming weeks may provide opportunities to complete various tasks with productivity improvements and we are here to help wherever possible.
As an example, Hoist Group have decided to provide free access to our premium Dashboard reporting platform for ALL clients until at least July 1st 2020.
We will also be arranging a series of informative and free of charge, training Webinars in April and May that your Team Members will be invited to sign in for and further details will be forwarded under separate cover.
