In fact, throughout the whole process our dedicated Customer Support team is active all hours of the day, every day of the week.
We understand that not everyone is the next Steve Jobs, or even semi-tech-savvy; which is why our Customer Support team is ready to assist with any problem or technical difficulty that might occur. Since our products are built in-house, we know them from inside out and start to finish.

Just wanted to express my HUGE thank you to Pedro for the assistance and understanding over the phone to solve my connections issues during my stay at Grand Hyatt Berlin.
Is always a challenge to get proper understanding from IT people when one isn’t that IT savvy, what most of times creates frustration and despair when we need technology to work but we can’t, this time all was so easy, professional and more important Pedro had the patience to guide me through the steps and resolution to my connection issues.
