Chief Sales Officer, Simon I’Anson, was recently featured in an interview for Hotel Management International where he discussed the importance of data in the hospitality industry. Hoist Group offers data-centric technology services all centered around the Hoist Dashboard, with a model that organises data so hotels can use it more efficiently, allowing them to to develop a more in-depth understanding of their guests.

“I don’t think any hotelier can afford to be a ‘data bystander’ in this environment.
