“Without the support from your colleagues, you cannot succeed as an individual.”
Patrick Airaudi joined former Locatel in September 1994 as a workshop assistant. He quickly moved on to become an external technician and a member of the deployment team for the south of France. The team carried out all sorts of deployments – professional and promotional audio-visual events in the south-east of France. In November 2014 he left the technical side of the company to become a sales engineer for the south of France.

What does a typical day at the office look like?
I meet up with colleagues every morning to discuss commercial or technical issues, lost or on-going deals. Then I make phone calls to set up appointments and after that I generally work on different deals and prepare quotes. I may also visit customers to make them an offer, sign a contract or to just say “hello”.
What do you like most about your job?
Mainly the relationship with our customers and the service we provide to them every day. Sometimes I also help out with customer service or manage certain projects to help the customers or my colleagues. I have to admit, it’s hard for me to leave my first love – the technical side of things.
