From 1 April 2009 Comfort Design, a division within Hoist Technology, takes over the Nordic arm of Minibar Systems. With its large product range and its environmental awareness, Minibar Systems is a natural co-operation partner at a time when Comfort Design is opting to renew its portfolio of products within the segment of minibars and safes.

"Hoist Technology has long experience of selling minibars and for this reason it is immensely positive for us to be able to further broaden our offer with products from a highly reputable and environmentally aware manufacturer", says Annika Persson, general manager of Comfort Design.

"We are happy about the co-peration with Hoist Technology in the Nordic region. The Comfort Design Division has a wide and exciting range into which our minibars and safes fit very well", says Tor Helge Lunde Sørensen, Regional Sales Director of Minibar Systems.

Minibar Systems has been a leading manufacturer within the minibar segment for over 35 years, and makes an active contribution to developing and producing environmentally friendly and energy-saving minibars. The co-operation between the two partners means that, as from 1 April 2009, Comfort Design takes over all sales, servicing and support of minibars in the Nordic market and Estonia. Comfort Design also takes over the existing customer contracts for non-automatic minibars.

Comfort Design is present throughout Scandinavia with a sales organisation, support and warehouses in each country, and works in close co-operation with Electrolux for the handling of all technical services.
