High demands on reliability and functionality are set on our customers' systems in their daily operation. Hoist's support is therefore open 24 hours, all year round so you, our customer, will feel safe in the knowledge you can get the help you need.

Support entries are automatically logged

If you should need assistance with anything in your system, our support team with connect to your system and look at it remotely. All error reports are logged in our support system so that we can see the flow of events and thereby access periodic errors.

Service and support even for your other systems

As an extra service and to make life easier for our customers, we also provide service and support for your other installed systems apart from our own. We at Hoist know what our customers' customers, i.e. hotel guests, want and the kinds of demands they set, and are entirely prepared to give our customers all the help they need to achieve a smooth-running and secure IT operation.

Competent and experienced employees

NL Partner has a long history of experience in service and support. We recruit our support staff directly from the IT industry and specially train them. Many of them are multilingual. This provides continuity, communication capability, experience and competence, which in turn guarantees our customers fast service in the event of any problems.

Security solutions within IT

NL Partner also works with security solutions and can sometimes provide centralised back-up handling of our customers' computers and digital surveillance cameras for companies and hotels.

Surveillance cameras work to a certain extent just like traditional security surveillance, but can also follow movement patterns at a particular premises. They also streamline the operation by setting off an alarm if, for example, the premises needs cleaning or if an emergency exit has been blocked. The cameras are user-friendly and save on staff operation costs, thereby generating increased profitability.
