HotSoft has three basic modules: one for hotels, one for spas and another for conference facilities. All three have functions that increase effectiveness and profitability by making administrative tasks and routine work simpler.
HotSoft Front Office - for hotels
HotSoft Front Office is suitable for small and large hotels. HotSoft Front Office offers the following main functions:

HotSoft Conference is specifically suited to function as a reservations system for conference facilities that do not offer rooms. HotSoft Conference offers the following main functions:

- Planning and payment of conference packages

- Bill splitting/management

HotSoft SPA - for spa facilities
HotSoft SPA is specifically suited for spa facilities that do not offer rooms. Using HotSoft's Floating Windows Technology, several windows can be open, active and visible on the screen at the same time. This provides a good overview during planning and scheduling tasks. HotSoft SPA offers the following main functions:

- Treatment rooms and coordinators
- Staff planning (working hours and treatment types)
