Hoist Technology starts in Poland

Hoist Technology starts up in Warsaw, Poland through franchising. A franchise agreement was signed on 1st August 2009 by our distributor Nordic Team in Warsaw and Hoist Technology Development Ltd. Nordic Team will add our brand and our products to their portfolio and Hoist Technology becomes part owner through a capital injection in to Nordic Team.

Nordic Team is a well known distributor in Poland and has been working in the Polish hospitality market since 1989. Nordic Team has sold to more than 2.000 hotels - large, small and chains. The partnership gives Hoist Technology access to a large and developing market with a positive future outlook.

When Nordic Team becomes part of Hoist Technology the company will market:

• Comfort Design (Interior and Service Amenities)
• Entertainment (Films and TV Channels)
• Eyecom (TV Equipment)
• Laptop Access (Wireless Internet System)

The official starting date of the cooperation is 8th September 2009 and all details should be finalized in the business process at the latest by year end.
